The spinnaker will be rated and included in the yacht's ORC certificate and most importantly will have a snuffer, ''sock", so that hoisting or dousing will be a single handed operation at all times.
More information on the spinnaker making, the trimming, and the gear that will follow (yes, we will give her a removable bowsprit too) will be announced later this season, so stay tuned.
