Arwen is finaly out of the water

Following a successful charter season Arwen our beloved Elan 340 was taken ashore for winter service.

We would like to thank all our customers for trusting us for their vacation and we promise to deliver a better Arwen next year.

 

Works are already on .... so stay tuned.



Winter sailing in Greece - Aegina (Perdika, Moni)

On Saturday the 2nd of November we have decided to go to Perdika in Aegina for a relaxing weekend. The weather was just like summer time and Perdika was at its best. Not to much people, nice resturant and mild temperatures.

 

And who would resist for a swim in the crystal clear harbor waters!

 

A walk around the little village was nice

 

And dinner even better !

 

 

The next morning a bath in the turquoise waters of Moni Island together with a colony of seagulls and a lot of fish completed the divine experience .

Arwen our beloved Elan 340 in Force 10 ! (58-62 knots)

This photo was taken on board Arwen during the Hydra 2012 yacht race from a crew member on board (Vasilis Mavromitis). Conditions prevent the yacht race, leg 2 (return trip) from taking place, but unveiled Arwen's true offshore capabilities of a true ocean cruiser. Constant winds of over 50 knots occasionally gusting 60-62 proved that our Elan 340 is a true blue water cruiser bringing her crew home in style and singing!
